Why I am unable to send email from MimePost?

There can be multiple reasons for you were not able to send emails using your MimePost account. Here are a few possible reasons:

  1. The sender domain you trying to send emails with is not yet added or approved under your account.

  2. Your account is put on hold or suspended from sending emails, this would have happened only if our anti-spam engine has deducted some spam activity using your account or there is a billing-related issue with your account. In any of these cases, you will be receiving email notifications from MimePost on your registered email address.

  3. You are using a wrong SMTP or API login details to send emails.
